Yamaha FZX 250 Overview

The upcoming FXZ 250 will take major design inspiration from its smaller sibling in India, the FZX150. It will come with a compact body, a round-shaped headlight, a two-level seat, and block pattern tyres that will give a retro appeal to its design. This 250cc retro bike will be mated to a 5-speed gearbox and it might come with a slipper clutch system. The Yamaha FZX 250 will make 20.8 PS of max power and 20.1 Nm of peak torque.

It will come fitted with 41 mm telescopic forks at the front end and a mono-cross suspension with adjustable preload at the rear end. The FZX 250 suspension will be tuned to allow maximum front and rear, wheel travel. For braking, it will rely on a single 282 mm disc brake at the front wheel and a single 220 mm disc brake at the rear wheel. It will come with dual-channel ABS that might have an off-road mode. The Yamaha FZX 250 will be equipped with projector LED headlamps and a negative LCD instrument console.

Yamaha FZX 250 Price in India and Launch Date

Verdict on Yamaha FZX 250

The new 250cc retro-styled motorcycle sounds more exciting than its smaller 150cc sibling. The Indian market has seen a great demand for retro-styled bikes in the entry-level segment and the Upcoming FZX 250 could be a great fit in this segment.
