So, Yamaha has started updating its bike lineup for 2024 with the bs6 engine. The BS6 emission norm will kick in the month of April. All major automobile brands have already started updating their portfolio for the new upcoming emission norms.

During the BS4 transition, all the brands had to clear their inventory by giving a heavy discount and honda even offered free Navi with the purchase of CBR 250R. But, now all the brands are transitioning smoothly to the BS6 upgrade.

The New R15 V3 gets a new BS6 engine. The power figures have gone slightly lower than the BS6 version. The new R15 V3 gets a dual-tone horn and new stickers. It also gets new 140mm radial tires that were missing in the old r15v3. Now, the bike comes with a side-stand engine cut-off switch like the KTM bikes.

The Price of the new R15 v3 starts at Rs 1,45,300 in India (ex-showroom Delhi). The new model is 2,000 INR costlier than the older model. Yamaha has also reduced the price of the BS4 R15 V3. Also, various dealers are offering the old R15 V3 at discounts.

Changes in the BS6 Yamaha MT 15

The 2024 Yamaha MT 15 has been updated with a new BS6 engine. The power and torque output has been decreased due to the new strict emission norms.

The new BS6 MT 15 finally gets the international colour ICE FLUO VERMILLION. The New model doesn’t get the Dual-channel ABS. MT 15 now comes with 140mm radial tires which were missing on the BS6 variant.

It also gets a side-stand engine cut-off indicator Switch like the BS6 Yamaha R15 V3. The price Of the BS6 Yamaha MT 15 starts at RS 1,39,400.

Yamaha FZ-S FI Updates

The new FZ S FI gets a new BS6-compliant engine. due to the new stricter emission norms the power and torque figures have been reduced. The price of the new BS6 Yamaha FZ S FI starts at Rs 1,02,700. Various dealers across India are offering discounts on the BS4 model.

Now it gets new colour options. The Bike is now available in 5 colour options. It also has a negative LCD instrument cluster. The bike now comes with an engine cowl protector. Like its, sibling FZ S FI also gets 140mm wide radial tires.

The FZ-S FI is one of the best bikes under 1 lakh in India. Yamaha Motors India will soon update all bikes and scooters in India with an all-new BS6-compliant engine. The price of the new BS6 model will be hiked compared to the BS4 model.

The new 2024 FZ 25 has been updated with a new BS6 emission-compliant engine. The new FZ 25 gets new colours and a redesigned headlamp unit.

The FZ 25 will also get a touring variant soon in India That is expected to be launched soon this year.
