Design & Styling: The new Suzuki Burgman 400 design is now slimmer and sleeker than the older gen model. The front turn lights are positioned near the leg guard and now it gets a smaller dual-LED headlamp setup that gives a clean front end look. The Mid-level Burgman looks luxurious and stylish just like its bigger sibling.
Engine & Performance: The Suzuki Burgman 400 is powered by a 400cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine. The engine churns out 30.8 HP of maximum power at 6300 RPM and 36 Nm of peak torque at 4800 RPM. Suzuki claims a mileage of 27 KMPL for the Burgman 400, while the top speed is around 140 KMPH as reported by some owners.
Frame & Suspension: It uses a large diameter steel tube underbone frame that makes the Suzuki Burgman 400 lightweight and improves its handling characteristics. The Suspension components include a 41mm telescopic front forks that deliver 110mm of travel and a link-type mono-shock at the rear which delivers 100mm of travel.

However, there are some great competitors like the BMW C400 that offer better equipment and more power than Burgman and that too at a lower price. Overall it puts up a good fight and the Burgman 400 hits the sweet spot between its sibling the smaller 200 an the bigger 650.
