Kawasaki Ninja 125 is powered by a 125cc single-cylinder, fuel-injected, DOHC, 4-valves, four-stroke, engine. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox and it is liquid-cooled. Ninja 125 Churns out 15 PS of maximum power at 10,000 RPM and 11.7 Nm of peak torque at 7,700 RPM. This sports bike can reach up to a top speed of 128 km/h.

The Ninja 125 uses a tubular diamond steel trellis frame like the bigger Ninja 250. The suspension duties on Kawasaki Ninja 125 are taken care of by 37 mm telescopic front forks and a Uni-Trak, gas-charged mono-shock with adjustable preload. The front-wheel travel is 110 mm, While the rear wheel travel is 120 mm.
